Business Operations Manager

Heidi has over 15 years’ experience in business systems, admin and operations management. In that time, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of driving operational improvements and efficiencies across a range of industries, with a focus on SMEs and the not-for-profit sector.

Heidi has a strong systems background. She loves to support businesses to use their information and systems to streamline day-to-day operations, laying foundations for sustainable growth, and improved client satisfaction and decision making.

Heidi works closely with other members of the team and supports areas such as onboarding and off-boarding clients, maintaining Data Orchard’s key information systems, managing client relations, and system improvements.

Heidi has a BA Hons in Business Studies, BTEC in Business Management, and PMI certificate in project management & budgeting.

Heidi loves to be outdoors, whether that is a lovely long walk, or jumping on her bike, and loves to watch sports like the Tour de France and F1 racing.
