Data Orchard’s data maturity self assessment tool is an absolute MUST for non profits who are serious about using their data to understand and improve performance. I can’t recommend it enough!

How does it work?

Our assessment tool asks staff a series of questions about their organisation’s data maturity and measures where the organisation is on its journey.

The free version can be used by an individual. The premium version allows unlimited numbers of staff to complete the assessment separately, and provides both individual and organisational reports. This will show where your organisation scores across seven key themes (Uses, Data, Analysis, Leadership, Culture, Tools, and Skills) and gives you an overall data maturity score. It also identifies priorities to focus on and what moving to the next stage would look like.

The data maturity assessment tool is the most comprehensive and well researched and developed when it comes to understanding and developing data capacity within nonprofit organisations.
