About the course
This course has been specifically designed to support senior nonprofit leaders, board members, and CEOs to show you how to harness the full strategic potential of data for your organisation.
Taking a big picture view, it will cover the practical and technical aspects of how to lead your organisation’s journey to improve with data, including how to build the skills and culture of your team, how AI fits in, and define your next steps

The course runs online over 5 weeks on Wednesday mornings, from 30 April 2025 (with a one week break on 28 May). All sessions 2 hours: 10:30 – 12:30.
