We undertook qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the 23 voluntary and community sector organisations in the Building Better Opportunities programme in Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin between March and July 2020.

We conducted a series of telephone/video interviews with the providers and an analysis of assessment and performance data.
